Handyman/Cleaner- basic janitorial skills, indoor and outdoor cleaning, apartment turnovers. Must have valid drivers license and reliable vehicle.
Maintenance Tech: Carpentry skills, basic plumbing, basic electrical. Must have a valid ME drivers license and reliable vehicle. Having own tools a plus.
