Jeff Martin - President, COS, Ext. 208
Jeff purchased Coastal Management in 1999 from Kathleen Roberts. Coastal has been a successful property management company since 1985. In 2006 he purchased TBR Management and formed Foreside Real Estate Management Inc.. Jeff has earned a degree in Economics from the University of Southern Maine and his CPA in 1996. Jeff worked for Berry, Dunn, McNeil and Parker as a public accountant. Jeff enjoys downhill skiing and golf.
Naomi Gardner - Accounting Manager, Ext. 219
Naomi has been the Accounting Manager with Foreside for the past 12 years. She oversees Association and Apartment banking, bill payments, cash receipts and financial reporting. It is her goal to work with the Owners and the Property Manager to effectively manage all financial issues for our clients. She has a Bachelors degree in Accounting and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Maine. She lives in Gardiner and enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children when she is not at work.
Shannon Rafferty-Roy - Apartment Property Manager, Ext. 211
Shannon runs the Apartment division for Foreside Real Estate Management. She handles the rental process from start to finish, including waiting lists, applications, showings and lease signing. Shannon is a qualified leasing specialist concentrating on safety and satisfaction. Shannon works diligently for over 11 apartment complexes. She works hard to insure both the owners and tenants receive reliable, and outstanding service. Shannon has implemented a Bed Bug Prevention program that pest control professionals say works!
Linda started with Foreside as and Administrative Assistant. She made such an impression with our condo owners that she is now a property manager. She is very organized and is a great communicator. She lives in Portland with her two daughters and her dog Luna.
Chris has been the accounting clerk at Foreside for over three years. Her primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: receiving, posting and depositing owner and tenant checks; entering property invoices for payment; sending out checks to vendors; balancing bank statements; printing out financial reports for the condo associations, and generally assisting the Accounting Manager. Chris holds a Bachelors Degree in Communications from the University of Southern Maine. Chris and her wonderful husband live in the middle of a pasture in Cumberland, and although they are both from "away," they most certainly feel like native Mainers. Chris spends as much time as possible with their four grown children, their spouses, and nine terrific grandchildren. Oh, and she could eat Mexican food for every meal!
